1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "tenx365", "we", and "platform" refer to the website https://tenx365login.cam and all services under it. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any person who is registered on or visiting this platform.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

The minimum age to participate in any casino or betting activity on tenx365 is 21 years. No one under the age of 21 may use this platform.

If false information about age is provided during registration, the account will be cancelled at any time and deposited funds may not be returned. Protecting minors from gambling is our priority.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.3 Payment Responsibility

tenx365 will not be held responsible if a transaction fails due to an incorrect account number or incorrect details provided by the user. We reserve the right to hold any suspicious transaction until it has been verified.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on tenx365 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x) — only then can winnings from the bonus be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus is applicable only once and is specific to one account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
• To be eligible for bonuses, no form of bonus abuse is permitted.
• All promotional offers have a specific validity period, which will be stated in the offer details.
• tenx365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion.

5.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members will receive cashback on their weekly net losses. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.2% at Bronze level, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond level. The rate applies to the amount remaining after subtracting total weekly winnings from total weekly losses.

6 Betting and Gaming Guidelines

6.1 Bet Acceptance

The outcome of each bet or gaming decision on tenx365 will be determined according to the rules of the relevant game. The result confirmed through the software shall be considered final. If a bet is not recorded or is only partially recorded, the decision will be made according to tenx365's server logs.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game category (slots, live casino, fishing, sports betting) has its own rules. The rules displayed within the game apply alongside these general terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific rules of the game will take precedence.

6.3 Connection Failure

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

If any of the above activities are suspected, tenx365 may immediately suspend the account and begin an investigation.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by tenx365

In cases of rule violations, suspected fraud, or verification failure, tenx365 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. The return of any valid balance will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their account voluntarily, they must contact the support team. If all bonus terms have not been met before the account is closed, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. tenx365 will determine the rules for managing the balance of inactive accounts and will inform the user accordingly.
